Welcome to "Phil's Loco Photos"

A short three day trip to France started with a flight from Luton - Paris and then a TGV direct from Charles de Gaulle to Lille and up to Dunkerque for a 66400 turn to Calais and another one to Lille and then down the branch to Comines. Another TGV back to Paris and over to Gare de Lyon for "Maurienne" green liveried 6549 on a southbound overnight. Went to Valence where I fell into 7109 on another overnight heading to Port Bou, so took that to Nimes and then TGV back north to Valence and some 67300 moves making my way to Briançon and then to Marseille St.Charles. I picked up the Ventimiglia - Tourcoing overnight and returned back north. After loco change at Melun the train went round the outskirts of Paris getting in some good track, I got off at Amiens and did some 16100 turns before making my way to the airport and my flight back home
